Housing Stabilization Services is a benefit under Medical Assistance (MA) designed to help individuals with disabilities and seniors secure and maintain housing.

These services are available to those who are:

Currently living in an institution or specific group settings, such as ICF-DDs , nursing facilities, Adult Foster Care , or Board and Lodge.

What It Offers

Housing Stabilization Services include three main components:

Housing Consultation Services

A housing consultant helps individuals without MA case management create a personalized plan focused on their housing needs, preferences, and goals.

A housing transition provider (individual or agency) assists in planning, finding, and moving into housing.

A housing sustaining provider (individual or agency) helps ensure individuals remain stably housed.
